Copying within Wikipedia

[edit]

Hello there Alikelystory, and thanks for your contributions! I noticed that you have been copying and pasting text from the article Anal gland into other articles on Wikipedia. This isn't a bad thing in and of itself, but when you do this you must provide attribution by mentioning the Anal gland article in the edit summary. You can do this by typing out "Copying material from [[Anal gland]]" inside the edit summary box. If you don't perform this step, it is actually a violation of Wikipedia's content licence - see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia for more details. Let me know if you have any questions. All the best — Mr. Stradivarius 10:00, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Anal sac expression has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The subject of this article would be more appropriately addressed in a wikitionary entry, as the subject lacks encyclopedic relevance and the article is nothing other than a definition.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
